   Stuart Duncan Stuart Duncan has more than 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, principally in the active pharmaceutical ingredients business. He is a graduate of Glasgow University (BSc Chemistry) and spent 22 years with Glaxo in a range of senior roles. He was Director of Sales and Marketing for Synpac Pharmaceuticals Ltd from 1991 to 1998, when he was appointed Deputy Managing Director, responsible to Taiwan for a UK operation of £24 million turnover with 250 staff. He was responsible for a joint venture in India manufacturing antibiotics with sales of £15m and was invited to act as Vice President of Synpac in North Carolina in the successful development and sale of a biotechnology project (Pompe's Disease) to the Genzyme Corporation. Mr Duncan was appointed Managing Director of ACS Dobfar UK Ltd in 2001.

   Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc, (AIM: ABH) the biopharmaceutical contract manufacturer, announces that two directors, Mr. Stuart Duncan and Sir Peter Brown, have decided to step down from the Board of Angel Holdings plc with immediate effect.

   Mr. Duncan founded Angel Ltd in 2001, in Cramlington, Newcastle upon Tyne. Stuart brought a wealth of GMP pharmaceuticals manufacturing experience business coupled with international business development. As CEO he helped list the Company on the AIM market, stepping down shortly afterwards as CEO, taking on the role of Deputy Chairman. He has been an invaluable member of the Board and helped guide the Company through a difficult period of re-structuring which has seen the main focus of the business move more towards cell therapy products and related biologicals.
