Liberal Party of Canada Announces Dr. Kirsty Duncan as Candidate
OTTAWA - Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion announced today that Dr. Kirsty Duncan will be the Liberal Party's candidate in the riding of Etobicoke North.

Dr. Duncan is an Associate Professor, Health Studies, at the University of Toronto.
She is also an Adjunct Professor at Royal Roads University and a former Associate Professor at the University of Windsor.
In addition, she is an international speaker who has lectured for such organizations as National Geographic (United States of America), the Japanese Government, and the Young Presidents Organization (Portugal).

A committed life-long member of the community, Dr. Duncan sits on the Advisory Board for Pandemic Flu for the Conference Board of Canada, the University of Toronto, and is also helping organizations prepare throughout the United States.
She also sits on the boards of the Indigenous Cooperative on the Environment, the Scottish Studies Foundation, the St. Andrew's Society of Toronto, and the Toronto Foundation for School Success.
