Lynn K. Duncan-Madenberg, OTR, SMP, has always had a passion for makeup since childhood.She has been a makeover/makeup artist for over 20 years and has loved every minute of it!

Lynn's achievements include:

Co-authored the Wisconsin Board Examination for permanent cosmetics.Lynn is a key member for the State of Wisconsin's Committee on Regulations and Licensing. Certified member and accredited instructor for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP).The SPCP is currently the only permanent cosmetics organization in the country that officially approves permanent makeup instructors. Graduated with honors from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a B.S. Degree in Allied Health Professions (Occupational Therapist).Lynn's university degree involved an in-depth study of sterile technique and sterilization recommended by the American Hospital Association. Board-Certified Occupational Therapist registered in the state of Wisconsin.Lynn has worked in supervisory positions in hospitals and other medical institutions. Certified Makeup Artist from The Makeup Institute, San Diego, California Lynn was trained by Hollywood Makeup Artists with an emphasis on "natural-looking" makeup.

Lynn K. Duncan-Madenberg, OTR, SMP, Permanent Makeup Artist of AnVanti Clinic, is recognized by The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) as a Certified/Accredited Instructor.She has written two comprehensive and copyrighted Manuals for both of her Basic and Advanced Training Programs.

Lynn has been a makeup-makeover artist for over 20 years and has loved every minute of it!She is currently an active sponsor and makeup consultant for contestants in the "Beauties of America" Beauty Pageant.

In 1986, Lynn Graduated with High Honors (Dean's List) in the School of Allied Health Professions from UW-Milwaukee with a B.S. Degree.She has since combined her medical background with her Makeup Artistry Certification from the Makeup Institute of San Diego, CA.Lynn has trained under Hollywood Makeup Artists with an emphasis on "natural-looking" makeup.

Lynn is also a key committee member for the State of Wisconsin's Division of Public Health.She is currently assisting the State Legislature to develop educational requirements and standardized guidelines in order to regulate all permanent cosmetic technicians within the State.She has also co-written the State Exam on Permanent Cosmetics which will eventually be necessary for licensure of all permanent cosmetic technicians who wish to practice within the State of Wisconsin.
