Victoria A. Dukatz, an attorney in the Business Law Department of Foley & Lardner's Milwaukee office, joined the firm following her graduation from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996.Ms. Dukatz is a member of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and American Bar Associations.Prior to law school, Ms. Dukatz worked as an appraiser of commercial and industrial real property.She was awarded her undergraduate degree with high distinction from Wayne State University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Dukatz's finance practice includes aircraft acquisition, equipment leasing, mortgage financing, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and limited recourse project financings in the energy sector.Ms. Dukatz assists clients in the acquisition and financing of various electric generating assets including hydroelectric dams, coal and oil-fired combustion generators, and wind farms.

Ms. Dukatz serves on the Board of Directors of Walker's Point Youth and Family Center, an organization that provides shelter, counseling, and other problem prevention and intervention services for troubled teenagers and their families in Milwaukee.
