Mr. Dugan retired as an insurance agent from Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company.He was a 1933 graduate of Salesianum High School and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.He was a faithful volunteer at the Antonian for 15 years and was loved by many for his kindness and good humor.He is survived by his wife of 58 years , Lena M. Dugan ; sons and daughters-in-law , Vincent A. ( Buzz ) and Joanne Dugan of Strongsville , OH , William J. And Deborah Dugan of Bear , DE , Lawrence A. And Kathleen Dugan of Hockessin , DE ; a daughter , Linda M. Dugan of Wilmington ; 2 sisters , Mary Ciociola of Glenolden , PA , Helen Lasorte of Wilmington ; 8 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony's Church , 9th & Dupont Sts. , Wilmington 10 : 30am Friday , March 9 , where friends may call after 8 : 30am.Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery.In lieu of flowers , the family suggests contributions to St. Anthony's Senior Center , 1703 W. 10th Street , Wilmington , DE 19805 or Little Sisters of the Poor , 185 Salem Church Rd. , Newark , DE 19713.Arrangements by DOHERTY FUNERAL HOMES www.dohertyfh.com.
