Mr. Dugan retired as an insurance agent from Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company.He was a 1933 graduate of Salesianum High School and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.He was a faithful volunteer at the Antonian for 15 years and was loved by many for his kindness and good humor.He is survived by his wife of 58 years , Lena M. Dugan ; sons and daughters-in-law , Vincent A. ( Buzz ) and Joanne Dugan of Strongsville , OH , William J. And Deborah Dugan of Bear , DE , Lawrence A. And Kathleen Dugan of Hockessin , DE ; a daughter , Linda M.
