Mr. Larry Dugan

Larry Dugan Airline Operations and Maintenance Review Services Larry Dugan is one of the founding investors of AeroSoft Systems Inc. and has been an advisor since 1997.Mr. Dugan has more than 40 years of management experience in commercial aircraft engineering and maintenance positions.He is a U.S. citizen, based in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Dugan began his aviation career at Boeing.He subsequently spent 20 years with American Airlines in senior management positions for aircraft engineering and maintenance activities.Mr. Dugan then joined McDonnell-Douglas as the Director of Maintenance Engineering.Between 1989 and 1997, Mr. Dugan was the Vice President of Customer Service for Bombardier Aerospace Regional Aircraft, responsible for managing more than 500 people.Mr. Dugan continues to consult to aviation companies like Bombardier and to airlines in maintenance management process review and redesign.

Larry Dugan holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.
