Bob has lectured extensively, has published several dozen articles on various real estate, real estate finance and other legal topics.He authored the first modern legal treatise on the subject of Art Law, published by the Practicing Law Institute, New York.In early 1999, Bob authored The New Frontier' of Marketing Residential Real Estate Settlement Services on the Web (or How to Avoid the RESPA Sheriff) which appeared in Inman News Features Real Estate News, published on the Internet.This analysis was the first to explore the implications of application of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act to web site advertising, referral and affiliated business arrangement practices and has been characterized as a ground-breaking paper by the publication Inside Mortgage Finance.He also authored in 1999 an article entitled Marketing Residential Real Estate Settlement Services in the Web : The Impact of RESPA Section 8, which appeared in the October 1999 issue of Cyberspace Lawyer.Bob has recently authored Online Mortgage Marketing : A Guide to Structuring RESPA-Compliant Relationships which appeared in Inman News Features Real Estate News in a three part series in January, 2000.
