    Jocelyn Dueck is a pianist, vocal coach, and linguist originally from Steinbach in Manitoba, Canada.She has traveled and served as an accompanist for soloists and choirs in master classes in the U.K., Germany, and France as well as North America.Ms. Dueck has pursued language studies at the Universita per Stranieri in Perugia, Italy, private language studies in Berlin, and most recently, the Alliance Française in Nice, France.In the summer of 2001, she participated in the Académie Internationale d'Eté de Nice with Dalton Baldwin.

    Ms. Dueck has studied with renowned pianists and coaches Margo Garrett, Karl Paulnack, Thomas Grubb, and Phillip Moll, and performed in master classes with Martin Katz, Pierre Vallet, Ken Griffiths, Alan Smith, and Anne Epperson.

    In April, 2001, Ms. Dueck served as vocal coach and producer for a recording of the University of Minnesota Wind Ensemble's production of Eric Stokes' Out of the Cradle Endlessly Rocking with conductor Craig Kirchhoff.She was the rehearsal pianist for the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra's production of The Selkie Boy by Tina Davidson with Nobu Yasuda, conductor and Euan Kerr, narrator at Studio M, Minnesota Public Radio.

    A doctoral candidate under Professors Garrett and Paulnack University of Minnesota, Ms. Dueck serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Accompanying and Coaching Department.Ms. Dueck is currently on the faculty at MacPhail Center for the Arts in Minneapolis as a piano instructor.
