MINNEAPOLIS - August 26, 2005- Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., a Twin Cities law firm, today announced that Amy DuMond has joined the firm as shareholder in the firm's real estate department.
Amy joins Winthrop & Weinstine after serving as in-house counsel to a national real estate management development company.
Amy will focus her practice in the areas of real estate development and management and commercial lending.
Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Amy was a partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, LLP, where she represented Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD-approved commercial and multifamily conduit lenders as well as life insurance companies, national banking institutions and other financing sources.
Amy has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating complex commercial purchases and sale agreements and commercial lease agreements for real estate developers, corporate clients and investors.
