James is the Supervisor of Athletic Programs and Acceleration.He graduated from California Lutheran University with a BS in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training.James lettered Varsity on the Men's Soccer Team.He has a long relationaship with The Institute, first as an athlete at Issaquah High School, then completing an internship while in college, and finally returning to his current position.

During the 2003 Professional Baseball Season, James was employed in the Boston Red Organization, working as an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for their Minor League Affiliate in Sarasota, Florida.
