Mr. Dotson is a results oriented professional with over 15 years financial management and accounting experience in high technology services and manufacturing industry, primarily with government contracting firms.

He possesses excellent management and organizational skills, is experienced in small business finance, and has a heavy concentration in cost accounting, government contracting and automated accounting systems.He has a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Mr. Dotson is President of Dotson & Associates, LLC a small business consulting firm specializing in accounting and financial management.He works closely with executive management of small to medium size companies to establish strong accounting and financial reporting systems, financial management controls and plans, and the administrative support infrastructure.

Previously Mr. Dotson served as Chief Financial Officer of Madras Enterprises, a group of privately held corporations in an entrepreneurial environment with combined annual revenues of over $40 million in multi-state locations.Companies operated in the manufacturing, government services and restaurant industries.He was an integral part of the executive management team participating in corporate planning and strategic guidance, as well as management of daily corporate activities.He has also workde for known industry leaders such as Northrop, EG&G, CBIS Federal and the Orkand Corporation.

Mr Dotson is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces.Having attended college as a recipient of an Army ROTC scholarship, he served for eight years as an officer in the US Army Field Artillery.His assignments included serving as a unit commander and an operations research analyst.

Mr Dotson currently resides with his wife Marian at their home in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, where he is active in his church and in the local community.

Mr. Dotson graduated with honors from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1974 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting.He also is an honor graduate of the US Army Officers Field Artillery Basic and Advanced Courses (Fort Sill, Oklahoma) and the Operations Research Analysis course (Fort Lee, Virginia).
