In January of 2001, he and business partner Frank Gilliam founded Elevation-an advertising agency dedicated to elevating the brands of its clients through creative and strategic excellence.Some of the firm's clients include Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, Richmond's River District Alliance, the Richmond Symphony, Performance Food Group, Virginia Credit Union, Virginia College Savings Plan, East West Partners and Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation.
