Byron Dooley, Vice President of Engineering

Byron Dooley's experience includes management responsibility in all key disciplines in the product development process, including software engineering, integration, test, and program management.Most recently, he was a research and development director at Cadence Design Systems, overseeing the delivery of all software development programs in the Custom IC Business Unit.As the former director of the OEM engineering organization at Netscape, he was responsible for building the infrastructure for software development with OEM partners, and the delivery of products for many key platforms during their period of rapid growth.At SCO, Dooley held a number of key engineering and management positions.Dooley holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
