   Mr. Dooley most recent victory at trial involved his defense of a general contractor sued for several hundred thousand dollars for allegedly failing to complete an agreed upon scope of work as part of a home remodeling project.After eight weeks of trial, it was determined that the general contractor had either completed, or been excused from completing various parts of the scope of work.It was also determined that the party suing the general contractor, in fact, owed the general contractor over one hundred thousand additional dollars for the work performed.In addition, the Court subsequently awarded the general contractor all of his attorneys fees and costs incurred in defending the party's claims and in obtaining payment for the services provided.
