Ms. Donsky joined the Firm in 2002 as an associate in the Litigation Department.Her practice focuses on contracts and business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property litigation and other business litigation.Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Donsky was associated with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP in Palo Alto.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Ms. Donsky is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and in the Northern and Central Districts.She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

EDUCATION

Ms. Donsky received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from University of California, San Diego, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.She received her law degree from New York University School of Law.While at NYU, Ms. Donsky served as a Staff Editor for the Review of Law and Social Change, was a member of Law Women, participated as a Discussion Leader for the Coalition Against Sexual Violence, and volunteered as a tutor at Spofford Youth Detention Center.Additionally, during her final year at NYU, Ms. Donsky interned at the Criminal Defense Division of Legal Aid Society of New York, where she represented indigent clients in all phases of the criminal justice system.
