  Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association Victorian secretary Michael Donovan said the company was ordering casual workers to sign Australian Workplace Agreements that stripped them of $100 a week or more.
  
  If they did not sign, they were stripped of lucrative weekend shifts, Mr Donovan said.
  
  Saturday and Sunday penalties, tea breaks, sick leave, accident make-up pay and allowances for laundry and working on public holidays were missing in the AWAs, he said.
