Legal Executive - Conveyancer

Jane is a legal executive with Browne Jacobson at its Nottingham office.She joined the firm in 1969 so has over 25 years of experience within the property sector.She heads our residential conveyancing team and her extensive experience includes dealing with a large volume of Right to Buy sales and dealing with a substantial number of Shared Ownership sales on large developments on behalf of Housing Associations involving both houses and flats.Jane also deals with outright sales of properties on developments owned by the Housing Association.In addition to this, she drafts Leases and other complex documents required for Shared Ownership Sales, Outright Sales, Right to Buy matters and general residential transactions along with dealing with private clients in residential transactions including freehold and leasehold properties.
