James Donovan

James Donovan is Strategy and Development Director for Connectivity Solutions in EMEA.His role encompasses strategic development of SYSTIMAXâ Structured Connectivity Solutions, incorporating product management and training.

Previously James was Technical Director for SYSTIMAX in EMEA and past responsibilities have included direction of the EMEA regional technical support organisation and management of the ACE (Architects, Consultants, Engineers) Programme.He originally joined Avaya in 1993 as Technical Manager UK & Ireland region, where he was responsible for pre and post sales technical support.

Before joining Avaya, James worked at GEC, ITT and Alcatel, where he was responsible for developing and supporting cabling and data networking equipment.

James has a first class honours degree from Bath University and a Masters degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Ciarán Forde

Ciarán Forde is Avaya's Account Manager for Anixter Distribution in EMEA.In this role Ciarán is responsible for the business development of the full portfolio of Avaya solutions that Anixter market.This includes SYSTIMAX ® Structured Connectivity Solutions, ORiNOCO wireless networking solutions and Avaya's data networking products.
