    Previously James was Technical Director for SYSTIMAX in EMEA and past responsibilities have included direction of the EMEA regional technical support organisation and management of the ACE (Architects, Consultants, Engineers) Programme.He originally joined Avaya in 1993 as Technical Manager UK & Ireland region, where he was responsible for pre and post sales technical support.

    Before joining Avaya, James worked at GEC, ITT and Alcatel, where he was responsible for developing and supporting cabling and data networking equipment.

    James has a first class honours degree from Bath University and a Masters degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
