Tim Donohue is a Consultant at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive SearchÔ services to technology, life sciences, clean tech, consumer technology, venture capital and private equity clients.

Tim joined Polachi in 2005 as a Research Associate and shortly thereafter was promoted to an Associate, where he is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the search strategy and participating in the entire search cycle.He has successfully executed numerous assignments for senior executives across the full range of functional disciplines.

Prior to entering the executive search business, Tim progressed through a variety of positions within diverse organizations.Most recently, he served as an account executive with Percussion Software.His earlier experience also includes positions in software engineering and quality assurance with Connected Corporation.In addition to his experience in the technology industry, Tim previously worked as an import/export manager in Sydney, Australia, where he oversaw both the production and distribution of products from China throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Tim graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
