   Dr. Christine Donohue-Henry, chief medical officer at Westside Health, said the community health center, which has three offices in New Castle County, has diagnosed only 17 flu cases.
   
   In heavy flu seasons, she said, each doctor would see seven to eight cases a week.

   Christine Donohue-Henry, medical director at Westside Health Center, said low percentages of minorities in health care is a significant issue.
   
   "Studies have found that patients are more comfortable with doctors of the same background, ethnic or cultural," she said.
   
   Donohue-Henry said that 75 percent of Westside's downtown patients are Hispanic, so her staff, including doctors and nurses, are bilingual.
