Ms. Donohoe discussed her harrowing, yet successful foray into the Human Resources / Procurement team building experiences at American Airlines and Bell Atlantic over the past fifteen years.She presented examples of what BAE has recently achieved through this type of teamwork, including their participation on the extremely successful, multi-company Pharmacy Benefits Management committee that saved BAE a significant amount of money while giving them a truly transparent contract.Ms. Donohoe also discussed the level at which the Benefits group is partnering with Procurement at BAE on other initiatives in 2005.She concluded with a summary of her unique learnings over more than a decade of innovating and participating on successful Human Resources / Procurement teams at three Fortune 500 companies.
