Debra Donoghue is a paralegal at Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle.Debra grew up in Oceanside, New York.She obtained her B.A. in French and Secondary Education at the State University of New York at New Paltz.She spent her junior year abroad studying at the Sorbonne in Paris.Ms. Donoghue obtained her Master's Degree in English from Columbia University in 1979.Ms Donoghue taught English as a Second Language at various Community Colleges in New York City.She is a 1986 graduate of Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Debra worked as an in-house attorney for Israel Discount Bank of New York for two years and as an in-house attorney for the Concord Commercial Corporation/ Ingersoll-Rand Corporation for a year and a half.Ms. Donoghue served as a Deputy Public Administrator for San Mateo County for seven years, serving under the San Mateo County District Attorney/Public Administrator.

Ms. Donoghue met and married her husband in New York City while working at Israel Discount Bank.They had their first son three weeks prior to the Loma Prieta earthquake.Undaunted by the quake, they moved and settled in the Bay Area.Debra and her husband have two sons.
