Donnini will be featured during a panel presentation concerning expert witnesses during an April 30 program presented by the Criminal Practice Committee of the Federal Bar Association and the Regional Section of the American Bar Association's White Collar Crime Committee.
  
  The program will include a review of the "Daubert rules," an analysis of important changes in the procedures for offering expert testimony in federal courts within the Sixth Circuit, and a review of "hot topics" in expert witness litigation.
