    The program will include a review of the "Daubert rules," an analysis of important changes in the procedures for offering expert testimony in federal courts within the Sixth Circuit, and a review of "hot topics" in expert witness litigation.

    Based in Butzel Long's Detroit office, Mr. Donnini concentrates primarily in the areas of white collar criminal defense, SEC and other regulatory enforcement actions, and assisting corporate clients with the conduct of internal investigations.While the majority of Mr. Donnini's work is in federal court; he also handles a significant number of State and local matters as well.
