To qualify , the trader must pass Level I , a trading program review , an in-depth interview and a due diligence questionnaire , conducted by Gene Donney , Auditrack president and Pat Hart , HIH president. In addition , the trader's actual and/or simulated performance , monitored by Auditrack , will be examined closely.
Traders who pass these tests go on to Level II where they receive consultation on registration issues and access to a range of HIH services , including administration , accounting , compliance and marketing support.
The idea of Level II is to make the traders business ready , says Donney. You have to have all your housekeeping ducks in a row to trade and be [ an ] effective money manager..
In March , two traders were participating in Level I. Level II traders included Mohawk Capital Management of La Grange , Ill. ; KMC Investment Corp. of Saint Anne , Ill. ; Quantix Trading Technology of Agoura Hills , Calif. ; and Bud Swanson of Encinitas , Calif. Eligible candidates for Level III can choose to be represented by HIH.These participants also qualify for a potential allocation of proprietary trading capital from HIH.
