Stephen came to CREATE with a background in the community development, employment and training sectors.

As a child and young person he was himself 'in care' and this experience motivates him to improve the situation for those in care currently.

He is married, has five children, two dogs, (Daisy and Bubbles).He enjoys reading,bike riding and coaching his youngest daughter's soccer team, hoping that the team will win at least one game this season.
