Andrew Donnery is the academy director and oversees all player development programs for this key stage.Players practice two times a week and further developmental opportunities are provided on a regular basis through programs such as FC Fremont Play Days.Other opportunities include Open Training and individuals or teams being selected to train with an older team on occasion.

Executive Director, Andrew Donnery believes that a consistent in-service development program for coaches is one of the initiatives he would like to introduce. The coaches can only benefit from an increased awareness of best practice in youth programs in Europe.

The instructor for the NCYSA "D" License will be Andrew Donnery.Born in Liverpool, England, Donnery attended Coastal Carolina University where he scored 25 goals in 32 games helping the Chanticleers to the 1995 NCAA tournament.Donnery also played professionally for the Wilmington Hammerheads.Currently the Director of Coaching for Cape Fear Soccer Association, Donnery holds USSF and UEFA Licenses.He is also a NCYSA ODP Coach and NCYSA coaching course instructor.

I will say this - I took the "D" in Wilmington last Summer with Donnery as the instructor and it one of the best coaching courses I have ever had.
