RADNOR, PA, January 30, 2004 -- Sterilox Technologies Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of non-toxic disinfectants, today announced the appointment of Paul J. Donnelly to the newly created position of Managing Director and President, International.
Donnelly has over 20 years experience in the medical devices sector, as well as a 14-year track record of building and managing successful international businesses.His role is to accelerate the expansion of the company's international business (outside North America) and broaden its portfolio from its current endoscopy focus, to medical and non-medical disinfection and decontamination applications.

Based at the company's U.K. headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent, Donnelly will also work closely with the U.K. team to ensure that Sterilox consolidates and builds on its substantial share of the national endoscopy disinfectant market.Sterilox is currently one of the largest providers of sterilants to endoscopy suites in the U.K. National Health Service Trust hospitals.
Prior to joining Sterilox, Donnelly was the European Managing Director of SSL's Medical Division, was appointed to accelerate the commercialization of Verigen AG's proprietary cartilage technology, and held a number of senior international business development and operational roles with Johnson & Johnson, as well as CR Bard.
