Patti Donnelly is a Learning Specialist at the Center for Psychology and Education.She conducts diagnostic and dynamic educational assessments, serves as a liaison for families and schools, and develops learning plans and strategies that help students strengthen weak areas of learning while leveraging their strengths and affinities.

Outside of work you will find Patti behind a camera, on the sidelines of the soccer field, or training for the next big race.In addition, she is certified to teach children's yoga and loves to travel.

Patti received her undergraduate degree in Education and a master's degree in Literacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.She is also certified in gifted education and is a National Board Certified Teacher - Middle Childhood Generalist.Patti taught in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School System for 13 years and was Teacher of the Year in 2001.Prior to joining the staff at CPE Patti worked as a Learning Specialist at All Kinds of Minds in Chapel Hill.

Patti, her husband, and 3 daughters are long-time residents of Chapel Hill.
