Frank Donnelly

Frank Donnelly, Secretary Frank is a native of New York City.Before moving to Arizona, he lived in Md and worked in Washingon DC for 19 years.Currently, Frank is a cost proposal manager for General Dynamics..He started singing in church, then joined Glee Clubs in high school and in college.Frank joined the Barbershop Harmony society in 1997 with the Knights of Harmony Chorus in Bowie, Md.He performed there as tenor in the "Blue Skies" quartet.
