Francis Donnelly is the CFO and Company Secretary.Previously he headed the finance function in several technology companies, moving them from the green-field to the expansion stage with management teams.He brings comprehensive knowledge and experience of the financial, stewardship and governance issues associated with rapidly growing companies.He has acted as a senior consultant to several companies in the areas of re-construction, systems implementation, control breakdown, insolvency and re-organisation.Larger companies he has fulfilled consultancy roles in are Wyeth BioPharma, 3Com, BP, Rover, and KPMG.He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in economics from Trinity College Dublin.
