Mr. Donnelly has strong experience in the area of enterprise architecture , having joined AtlasSoft in May 2000 after four years in the Enterprise Architecture Division of Capital One Financial in Richmond , VA. With Capital One , he was involved in helping define technical strategy for the company's Telecommunications division , strategic collections initiative and enterprise middleware initiative , as well as a continual presence in the architecture community.

A graduate of SUNY-Fredonia with a B.S. in computer science , Mr. Donnelly has been involved with major enterprise architecture initiatives with a number of organizations.

His relevant industry experience and knowledge of new technologies has already allowed AtlasSoft's R unit to begin significant work in the wireless sector , resulting in several new projects for the company.
