Mr. Eric C. Donnelly

Eric C. Donnelly joined Appraisal Research as an Appraiser in 2002.He began his career in appraisal with Maloney Appraisal Company in 1995 and then later joined the Cook County Assessor's office as an Appraiser Technician before coming to the firm.

Eric's background at the Assessor's office included a wide range of projects from Chicago CBD office buildings to retail centers and industrial plants.While at Appraisal Research, Mr. Donnelly has been primarily focused on industrial properties for clients ranging from financial institutions to law firms involved in condemnation cases.Eric's condemnation experience includes the O'Hare Modernization Project as well as property in other suburban markets.

Mr. Donnelly received his MBA in Finance from DePaul University.He has completed all of the courses required for the MAI designation offered by the Appraisal Institute.
