Elaine Donnelly is the Project Director leading BOSTnet's Facilities Initiative, Engaging Families Initiative (EFI), and Research and Policy efforts.Elaine previously worked for GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) initiatives in Lowell, MA, where she oversaw after school programming for four local schools and worked with students, administrators, teachers, families and community-based organizations across the city.Additionally, her prior experience includes teaching, tutoring, mentoring and serving as a Peace Corps volunteer.Elaine holds a BA from Boston College and an EdM from Harvard University.

Elaine Donnelly is a PC volunteer in Uzhgorod and teaches at secondary school # 8.She graduated with from Boston College with degrees in Studio Art and English.After working for a few years as a graphic designer ( mostly magazines and book covers ) and as a painter in Boston , MA , Elaine joined Peace Corps Ukraine with TEFL group 16.
