WHEREAS, Mrs. Donnelly is an active and involved citizen helping our community by working with youth groups, visiting AIDS patients, feeding the homeless, refurbishing homes with Habitat for Humanity, and is the current Vice-President of the Saint Vincent De Paul Society that ministers to those in spiritual and financial need.
