Amanda Dinnall

Amanda Dinnall founded Dinnall Property Services (DPS) in 2005 to offer services in property location and acquisition.One year later, she opened up a division specialising in overseas property.

Dinnall had a flair for enterprise soon after leaving school and a passion for creativity which resulted in her working as a self-employed hair care and fashion specialist at aged 19.Though unqualified, she yielded the call of the property market and embarked on a career in the industry.After three years of rejection, she was recruited as a sales negotiator with an estate agency.

She then trained as a residential and property valuer and moved on to work for a property development firm and finally completed a Construction Management Degree which fast-tracked her career in the industry which is still dominated by white, middle-aged men.

Amanda encouraged young entrepreneurs to use their passion and ability to secure gains in the property market. `I wasn't sure if I would really make it to this position, but you cannot afford to be discouraged because anything worthwhile is hard to achieve.
