Peter Dinn

Peter Dinn, a native of Trinidad, did his early culinary training at Laney College in Oakland while he was a student at U.C. Berkeley.He has worked as an executive chef internationally and in the U.S., most recently for The Catered Affair and the Tavern at Clay Hill, Ogunquit, Maine.He has lectured at M.I.T. and H.P.H.C. on cooking and on the varied uses of herbs and spices.Peter is also a professional photographer and photography teacher for the Exeter School District, and is a former member of the A.S.M.P.
