    Dinn explained a preferential sex offender chooses his victims by gender, race, or other character features.A situational sex offender chooses his victims by timing and location.

    "That's one great thing about diligent parents when it comes to their children," Dinn said."They are always looking.They are always watching."

    "The two were wanted by Murphysboro police department on a shooting incident," West Frankfort Police Chief Mike Dinn said."Our officers took them in custody without incident in the parking lot of Hardee's."
