From 1997 to 2002, Ms. Dinn was a Consultant with The Townsend Group.Prior to joining Townsend, Ms. Dinn was a legal consultant for a development firm and prior to that was an attorney in a civil practice firm.Ms. Dinn received a BA from Muhlenberg College, a JD from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from The Ohio State University.She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
