Riad Dimechkie has a background in non-commercial foodservice and consulting in the international marketplace, with a concentration on strategic planning.Riad spent 10 years as chief executive officer at two foodservice contract management companies.Prior to that, he was a consultant with Arthur D. Little.He received a bachelor of arts in economics from the American University in Beirut.He received an MBA from INSEAD in France and also conducted graduate studies at Oxford University in England.He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
