Mr. Dillon's duties include financial analysis and underwriting for all real estate acquisitions as well project management for the firm's development portfolio, receivership and consulting assignments.Before joining the Douglas Wilson Companies, he was an Assistant Vice President at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, an Asset Management and Servicing company.While at TriMont, Mr. Dillon managed a diverse portfolio of development and operating deals.His duties included monitoring performance, construction draw processing, and financial modeling & real estate valuation.Mr. Dillon holds a CCIM designation and is a graduate of Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and English.

Douglas Wilson Cos., a San Diego-based firm specializing in real estate, problem resolution and specialized business services, has appointed Michael Dillon as director of real estate and development.

Dillon will also assist in opening operations at the Atlanta office, which opened in October.

Dillon joins Wilson from Irvine-based TriMont Real Estate Advisors Inc. in Irvine, where he served as assistant vice president and asset manager and was responsible for managing a portfolio of equity and debt assets for office, multifamily, residential and industrial developments.

Before that, Dillon served as senior financial analyst at TriMont's Atlanta office, where he managed a team of analysts, prepared models on real estate assets and directly reported requirements to the department.
