There's been a lot of changes to the funeral industry since Dilley started more than 50 years ago.The funeral homes don't run ambulance service like they once did, but the biggest change has been technology.
There are now online memoriams, videos and many other things involved in the funeral service that weren't available when Dilley started the business.
"The fact we don't run ambulances freed up a lot of time," Dilley said.
