In conjunction with his duties for ARA Capital, Mr. Diehl is also the president of the California division of American Lending Network, a U.S. Based mortgage bank.American Lending Network offers a full spectrum of lending programs for the conforming and non-conforming borrower.American Lending Network is also an approved direct mortgage lender through GE Money in Mexico.The company has established strong relationships based on superior customer service, and maintains its leadership in the development of its employees.

Mr. Diehl is also the president of Diehl & Company LLC a private Investment Banking firm servicing mid-sized clients.MR. Diehl has managed over 30 underwriting, private placement and principle investment transactions.Diehl & company provides a full range of financial services including equity and debt financing, management buy-outs, valuations and venture capital.Mr. Diehl also created and manages a real estate hedge fund for the purpose of acting as a broker for developers.Presently the fund is in excess of 35 million dollars.In addition, Diehl and Company specializes in real estate land acquisitions.

Mr. Diehl holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.While at the University of California he played football and earned team captain honors and was a two time All-Pacific 10 Conference player.
