Cathy Diehl, the emergency operations coordinator for Weber State University, has been developing an emergency response plan.She would like to involve the ARC.

"I've seen it work before in emergencies," Diehl said."I'd like to help them."

Before Diehl could involve them, the ARC needed an advisor to sign the paperwork that would make them an official organization.
