    Alana Dickie, Regional Coordinator

    Alana Dickie, a native of Oneonta, AL, graduated summa cum laude and with University Honors from The University of Alabama in May 2007 with a degree in Public Relations. This past year, she pursued a Masters in Elementary Education at UA and worked in graphic design at The Crimson White, UA's student newspaper. While at Alabama, Alana was Chief Justice of the Academic Honor Council and a member The XXXI, a senior women's honorary. She also served on the Avanti Orientation Team, on the College Leadership Team at First Baptist Tuscaloosa, and as the Speakers Programming Director for University Programs. In the summer of 2007, she worked at Pine Cove Camps in Tyler, TX as a counselor to elementary-age girls from low-income, inner-city areas. After working with Impact, Alana plans to complete her graduate studies and work in education in Alabama.
