Over the past 29 years Derek has gained considerable knowledge within the Banking & Finance Industry, the last 4 years in the private sector as well as running his own financial consultancy business.

Since commencing with the ANZ Banking Group in September 1976, jobs ranged from initially in a junior position ending as a Manager Commercial Finance, Esanda Albany WA in 2000.

Having undergone a centralisation process in early 2000, Derek left the ANZ Bank and commenced work as a Finance Manager firstly for Albany Toyota and then with Barnesby Ford.

Whilst still in the Chattel Finance sector, Derek has taken the challenge of adapting to the various changes within the industry, acknowledging a strong sense of salesmanship and customer service is now his predominant focus.

Joining The Mortgage Gallery in April 2005 is a significant step forward for Derek who is keen to provide his clients with outstanding customer service, whether it is arranginging finance for a motor vechicle through to financing a Road Train.
