Diaz , who earned a business degree from California State University Northridge , started out as an accounting at KPMG LLP..She joins Rexhall from Bertelsmann Services Inc. , where she was vice president of finance.

In this edition of Rexhall Industries' Newsletter we shine our employee spotlight on Dawn Diaz.

Dawn was born and raised in the nearby San Fernando Valley.As a child she remembers wanting to grow up so she could be a schoolteacher (and the thought is still there!).Since a child she liked to play with Liddle Kiddles which are small dolls made by Mattel.

After she graduated high school, she attended Pierce College where she wanted to take computer programming classes.Unfortunately at the time, the classes were full, so as fate would have it, she took business courses and realized that she was good in accounting.Her father was an accountant, but she had never seen herself following in his footsteps.Apparently, life had a different viewpoint.Dawn later attended Cal State Northridge and graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting.

Dawn earned her CPA license while working for KPMG, an international accounting firm.She has worked in various industries from high-tech to entertainment including Hanna Barbera Productions and other private companies.During her journey in the working world, she met her husband, Jaime, a network engineer.They have been married for almost 7 years and have traveled quite a bit in Europe and to Chile to visit her husband's family who lives there.They now have two handsome boys, Nicholas 6 years old and Matthew 2 ½ years old.The Diaz family reside in Saugus, California.

Dawn enjoys every sport there is, along with her husband who is a sports fanatic!Sports are great, but she really enjoys collecting "Liddle Kiddles Dolls".She currently owns over 400 of these dolls!Since she has two young boys, she needs to keep her prized collection locked up!If any of you readers also collect "Liddle Kiddles" please let her know since she likes to buy, sell and trade via the Internet.Dawn has written articles, has been an advisor for Liddle Kiddles books, and her doll pictures have been included in various articles.

Dawn joined the Rexhall team in January of this year.Even though she's had experience in accounting in various fields and in the manufacturing business, this is her first experience working in the RV Industry.

As our Chief Financial Officer Dawn feels a dedication and desire to do her job efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

LANCASTER , Calif.-- ( BUSINESS WIRE ) --Aug.28 , 2001--Rexhall Industries , Inc. ( NASDAQ : REXL - news ) today announced its appointment of Dawn E. Diaz , CPA as Chief Financial Officer.
