Laura Diallo works closely with The Achievement Council's Chief Financial Officer in her role as Funds Development Consultant.She prepares proposals to foundations and assists with fundraising initiatives to promote the mission and facilitate the success of the Council's major institutes and programs.

Currently, she is working in the Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) as the Director of the Family Support Counseling Center (FSCC) at the Thomas Edison Elementary School in Altadena, California.

Laura studied for her B.S. in Philosophy and Spanish jointly at Howard University (Washington, D.C.), and, the Universidad Jaime Balmes de Occ. (Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico).She completed the Georgetown University Continuing Management Education program; earned the American Banking Institute Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting; and, completed Paralegal Certification from the Center for Legal Studies through the Howard University School of Continuing Education.She is also bilingual (Spanish).
