   Mr. Dezes was born in Baltimore and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University - School of Law. Mr. Dezes was graduated Cum Laude from law school and received the American Jurisprudence Awards in both Contracts I and II.
   
   Mr. Dezes is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Los Angeles Lawyers' Club. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, teaching courses in pretrial civil litigation, trial advocacy and corporation/securities regulation.
