   Walter H. Deyhle, is currently the Director of Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman's Tax and Financial Planning Division.He and his staff provide in-house computerized prepara¬tion of individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust, and nonprofit tax filings.In addition to tax compliance matters, Mr. Deyhle addresses particularly complex tax issues with clients concerning investments, estate and gift taxes, succession planning and allocation of financial resources.Walter consults with clients on such issues as optimum business structure, business valuations, establishment of fringe benefit and pension plans, and the coordination of corporate and shareholder/key employee tax saving strategies.He addresses particularly complex tax issues with clients concerning investments, estate and gift taxes, succession planning and allocation of financial resources.In February, 2001, Walter completed the credential ABV program and is now fully Accredited in Business Valuation.As a Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Deyhle is qualified to offer comprehensive financial planning services including analysis of and recommendations on cash management and budgeting, risk management and insurance, funding for children's education and retirement, and estate and investment planning.He is currently a member of both the Tax and Financial Planning Divisions of the American Institute of CPAs and belongs to the Financial Planning Association.Mr. Deyhle has been a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers since 1995 and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts since 1993 and is a former member of the Maryland Association of CPAs Business Valuation/Litigation Support Committee.He has received his designation as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA.He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and his Masters in Taxation at the American University.
