   Mr. DeWitt served for 10 years as Director of Finance and Accounting for STB Systems, where he was credited with developing the infrastructure required to support operations and engineering worldwide as well as all SEC reporting. Post 3dfx Merger he served as the Corporate Controller for the combined corporation. Upon leaving 3dfx, Mr. DeWitt joined Micrografx, Inc. as CFO where he was instrumental in the acquisition of the company by Corel. Mr. DeWitt holds a BBA from Amberton University and is a CPA.

   Greg DeWitt joined Micrografx in March of 2001 as chief financial officer and treasurer , reporting to the president and chief executive officer , James L. Hopkins.
   
   Mr. DeWitt is a seasoned accounting and finance professional , with eighteen years progressive experience and increasing responsibilities in financial accounting. Mr. DeWitt most recently served as Corporate Controller of 3dfx Interactive for the past two years , and prior to that , nine years as Corporate Controller for STB Systems , Inc.. Until recently , 3dfx was a publicly traded manufacturer of graphics accelerator chips , boards and software. 3dfx acquired STB systems of Richardson , Texas in May 1999.
   
   Mr. DeWitt's previous work experience includes positions as Accounting Manager for Herlitz , Inc. in Garland , Texas , and Inventory Coordinator at LTV Energy Products , Inc. , in Garland , Texas.
   
   Mr. DeWitt is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Accounting from Amber University.
